• Since CICABLOC are made with PRECISION MOULDING AND COMPRESSING MACHINES, which are integrated with the patented software, the precision and dimensional stability is very accurate.

What is the impact on lock of CICABLOC® is the pressure is applied on its wall?, What is the maximum impact or force CICABLOC® can withstand.

With a regular concrete filled from 2.5m heigh, the applied internal pressure on the Cicabloc® skin is 67500 Pa

• The Cicabloc panels are submitted to a pressure of 67500 Pa (that is 8110N per panel)
• The hinges are submitted to a traction force of 2700 N (8 110 N for the 3 hinges)

    

The external CICABLOC® panel can resist to an impact of 11Joules : ( this is equivalent of an impact made by a 700g ball that falls from 1m80 high)

A filled CICABLOC® can bear a higher choc impact , but the values depends on the material used for filling
